ANASTASIA MAIMONIS

Anastasia Maimonis is a qualified attorney and Notary. Anastasia is currently the Head of Business Development for the HolGoun Group. Anastasia was previously a partner in  Jowell Glyn & Marais Inc. (now Glyn Marais Inc.). Her practice was mainly in mergers and acquisitions. Her areas of practice extended to a broad range of commercial work. Anastasia’s current area of focus is mergers & acquisitions , strategic business development and generally all commercial aspects across the group. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees from Wits University.
